How can I access the fleet of HIGHDRAs?
You need a registered company with a valid operator ID, liability insurance, and at least one pilot with a valid remote pilot certificate. Then you're ready to go.
How does the ordering process work?
After a quick onboarding process, you will get access to our platform. Depending on availability and your location, HIGHDRA will usually be with you within three days – often even faster.
Can I use HIGHDRA on a long-term basis?
Of course. For longer periods of use, we offer system sale or leasing contracts that include maintenance. This ensures that your HIGHDRA is always ready for action – you concentrate on the project, we concentrate on the technology.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
Yes, currently the minimum rental period is one month.
Can you help with flight permits?
Yes, we and our partners support you with the appropriate documentation for national aviation authorities – including our experience and consultation. Together, we will get your project off the ground.
Can I get a demo?
Absolutely. We offer short-term demos at our facilities. On-site demos are also possible—we just need a little more advance planning.
Can I use my own payload?
Yes. HIGHDRA's external interfaces are well defined. If you need help with integration, our engineering team is available to provide custom payload support.
